Guernsey is one of our newest developments. Located along the picturesque Lamb's Rock road, it is away from the busiest parts of Coonoor while still being within a 15 minute drive of the town centre. Guernsey stands out for its uniquely undulating topography and its breathtaking views - on a clear day one can see well past Mettupalayam in the plains. It is also different from other projects in that individual plot sizes are significantly larger making it our lowest-density development till date.

The Best Views in Coonoor
Guernsey is located midway between Coonoor's two best-known viewpoints - Dolphin's Nose and Lamb's rock. The plots are soaked in natural light courtesy the south-facing slope. Located at a distance from the town centre, on a clear night the plots offer not only pin drop silence but also twinkling lights from hundreds of kilometres away.
